Bought a new trailer brand new from them and have nothing but issues from date purchased.The management is the worst.
Manager told me leaks are not covered under warrantee they have had this unit at there business longer then I have attempting to resolve the issue and the unit was purchased in 9/2016. The service department wants to help be seems management won't let them. also their communications to the vendor has been horrible. I have communicated with the manufacture several times which gets recorded.
Manufacture has one note in there system from when they called the dealer I am working with.water damage they say is not cover and still has original 12 volt electrical issue which is also with the slide.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $17595.
Preferred solution: swap out for a different unit.
I liked: Sales expierence.
I didn't like: Value after the sale and managemanet.
